How to Use Facebook Groups for Marketing?
Organic Facebook reach is declining. Even if you have 1000 subscribers, only 5% (or 50 subscribers) are likely to see your post on their feeds at any time.
Facebook groups related to your niche are another great free way to reach potential clients. Provided you’re helpful and don’t act spammy, you can find genuine long term clients this way.
The best Facebook groups I’ve found are if you can find groups already dedicated to your brand. For instance, some of my eCommerce friends found that people had already created groups dedicated to sharing info on their products.
They joined and the groups were really excited to have the founders join them. And by providing helpful advice and answers questions, they were able to increase brand loyalty, generate re-sales from existing customers, and generate new sales from curious potential customers who joined the groups, that they were than able to convert by nurturing them.
Other things you can do are:
– Give the groups teases at new product releases
– Ask for feedback
– Invite people to share stories about your products
The community engagement potential is great!
If you can’t find a group about your brand already, make one. The effort will be worth the reward 🙂
